Teacher Tear Off

Sharing all the important information about your child’s T1D with a new teacher can be overwhelming at best. Use this handy one-page sheet to organize and share insulin and snack information with your child’s teacher. Bonus - their teacher can keep this sheet handy for reference.

Going To Grandparents!

You’ve got a process that works at home, but what happens when your child is away? Use this sheet when seeing grandparents or staying with a friend. They’ll have all the relevant information on how to help your child manage their blood sugar while they’re away, plus, it’s perfect for hanging on the fridge for quick reference during their stay.

ADHD and Diabetes

Kids with diabetes are more likely to receive an ADHD diagnosis. Does this sound like your family? You’re not alone.

 T1D Group Sessions

with Type One Together

Type One Together’s mission is to increase knowledge, health literacy, and connection of type one youth and their families through education, products, community & events. With Type One Together, my passion is helping parents build a sense of confidence around diabetes so the entire family can feel successful along their journey towards adulthood.

Multiple times a year I offer groups targeting a certain topic or life stage.

Groups bring together a different dynamic and a special bond unlike any other making you feel like you’re not the only one. They are powerful.

  • Twice a year I partner with the Type One Together team to offer the Grandparents Course to help you as parents get the break you deserve.
